Why this training?

You are overworked, stress-sensitive and, in general, everything becomes a bit too much because of the many short-term changes. Especially now that we are rapidly moving through a transition from office work via home work to some kind of in-between solution, with all its consequences.

What you learn during this training?

You learn to identify the source of your stress and what you can do to control it better. Concrete tips and tricks teach you to look at things differently. This leads to more control over your own life and your own decisions.

Preparatory track

A targeted questionnaire is used to identify the obstacles that the participants are struggling with. The answers to this questionnaire also form the basis of this training, which is tailor-made to fit the needs of the participants.
