Soft skills are highly popular nowadays. Some are even stating that they are more important than so-called hard-skills. This may be true, as human interaction in all its aspects is very much the oil that keeps the motor running.
Soft skills are defined as an umbrella word for skills that refer to more human-centered skills, such as communication, social and emotional intelligence, critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, leadership, professional attitude, work ethic, career management, and intercultural fluency.
Managers and business leaders know very well that without these skills, our business environments would be deficient.
